“There’s nothing I can do for you, but work on myself. There’s nothing you can do for me, but work on yourself” Step into a month of self-discovery and conscious growth. Rooted in timeless yoga philosophy yet designed for modern life, this 4-week course invites adults and parents who want to lead by example, to live with greater clarity, balance, and purpose. Together we’ll explore the Chariot model of self-mastery, the three Gunas; the energies that shape our choices, the dance of masculine and feminine forces in relationships and communication, and practical, nourishing yogic principles for healthy living. Rooted in timeless philosophy yet designed for modern life, this course is both practical and transformative. For parents, it’s an opportunity to embody the values you wish to pass on; for all adults, it’s a chance to realign with your authentic self and step into a more intentional way of living.

You’ll explore:

Across the month, we’ll cover:
● The Chariot Model of the Body – an ancient framework that helps us understand the relationship between body, senses, mind, and higher self, and how to guide them toward harmony.
● The Three Gunas – the subtle qualities of energy that shape our moods, habits, and choices, and how to cultivate balance in daily life.
● Healthy Living Principles – practical tools for sleep, nutrition, routine, and mindful speech, to create steadiness and vitality.
● Masculine & Feminine Energy – exploring these complementary forces and how understanding them can improve communication and bring more depth to relationships.

Whether you seek personal transformation or wish to inspire your family through mindful living, this journey will help you align body, mind, and soul with intention.

What to Bring: All notes will be provided for you to take home; however, we recommend bringing a notebook and writing materials.

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for sitting, as there will be no yoga postures.
