Yoga Foundations is a 6-week beginner’s course designed to give you a confident, well-rounded start to your yoga journey. In a small, nurturing group setting, you’ll learn foundational yoga postures (asana) with careful guidance, alongside simple breathwork (pranayama) and meditation practices to help you feel clear, calm and connected. You’ll be supported each step of the way as we explore the basics of yoga philosophy and introduce Sanskrit terminology in a practical, approachable way. Whether you’re looking to complement an active lifestyle, ease stress, or simply reconnect with your body, this course offers the perfect foundation for a lifelong, nourishing practice.
